Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Valgorithm (“Valgorithm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit valgorithm.io, submit an inquiry, or otherwise interact with our website.

This policy does not govern information we process for clients under a separate services agreement. Those arrangements may be covered by additional contractual terms.

Information you provide

When you use the contact form, we may collect your first and last name, email address, company name, and the information you include in your message. If you schedule a call through Cal.com or contact us through LinkedIn, those services collect information under their own privacy policies.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security providers may receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. We do not currently use the website for behavioral advertising or sell personal information.

03

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule conversations;
  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the website;
  • Understand interest in our services;
  • Maintain business records and prevent fraud or abuse; and
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
04

How we share information

We may share information with vendors that help us operate the website and communicate with you, including website hosting and email-delivery providers. These providers may process information only to perform services for us, subject to their terms and applicable law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

05

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to your request, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

06

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or lodge a complaint with a local privacy authority.

To make a request, use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

07

Third-party services and links

The website uses or links to services operated by others, including Monotreme, Cal.com, and LinkedIn. These services may receive basic technical information when their content or scripts load, and their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We encourage you to review those policies before submitting information.

Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. When required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
